Is a deposit required?

If you are making a reservation five (5) days prior to the check in date - a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, which is half of the reservation total. This is refundable if you cancel five (5) days prior to check in.

If you are making a reservation within five (5) days of check in - you must pay in full and it will be non-refundable.

There will not be a deposit taken upon arrival, however a credit card will be required to check in and will be submitted in the pre-arrival form.

What is the pre-arrival form?

The pre-arrival form is a link that will be sent to you 48-hours prior to arrival. You will need to take a picture of your ID, a selfie and credit card. This must be completed prior to arrival. As soon as the form is submitted you will receive your arrival instructions. There will be a PDF version of instructions if you want to print them out.

This must be completed by 3:00pm the day of arrival to keep the reservation.

What time is check-in?

Check in begins at 3:00pm, as long as the pre-arrival form is completed you can check in anytime after 3:00pm.

Is there early check-in?

Early check in is available for a fee. The fee depends on what time you would like to arrive. The earliest check in available is 2pm. You can request this on the pre-arrival form.

What time is check-out?

Check out is at 11:00am.

Is there late check-out?

Late check out is available for a fee. This will be available on the pre-arrival form or you will receive a text on the checkout date where you can opt into a late check out.

Breakfast?

Breakfast is continental, while options range, we usually have fruits, yogurts, toast, pancakes, and various other options.

If there is no front desk, how do we check in and out and talk to someone if there is an issue?

You will receive a pre-arrival form that will need to be completed prior to arrival (see question on prearrival form with any questions), and you will receive instructions on how to check out. If there is an issue all guest receive a number to contact and we will also give you various options to reach out, if needed, there are three of us that live on site, the two owners - Ashley and Brandon- and an innkeeper, so usually someone is available to help with any issues. If no one is home, we use our camera security system to guide guests, as well.

Is there bag storage?

Yes, you can leave bags before check in and after check out.
